RETURNS/REFUND POLICY |
At REMARKABLE FURNITURE LLP, we believe in the highest quality standards, and take the utmost care with shipping and delivery. Given the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a wrongful delivery (i.e. the product doesn’t match the item ordered), or if there is a genuine manufacturing or quality defect. Please note that the handcrafting process lends itself to minor differences between the visuals you see online, and the final product. These are not considered flaws or defects, but are an inherent part of the creative process, which makes every piece we source and sell, truly unique. Before accepting delivery of a package, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package, which you believe was damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) and report an issue as per the details below, with photographic proof. Ensure that when you sign for the package, you indicate the damage on the shipment manifesto as well. We will require the package and its contents to be returned to us, at your cost. |
TO REPORT AN ISSUE |
To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery, at the following, to enable us to look into and resolve the issue at the earliest:

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY |
We reserve the right to provide resolution to a given situation, in a manner we deem fit, at our sole discretion. We will not refund the order amount in the event that a shipment is returned to us, because the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient. |
